We meet on Thursday mornings at Alfred Road W2 5EU, adjacent to Westminster Academy.
• 10 am – 11.30 am for Beginners / First-time riders
• 11.30 am – 1 pm for a group ride for women who want to build their confidence

…the Thames Barrier completely closes and the tide stops running, we call this No Tide Day. We’re taking advantage with lots of fun activities on the river.
