Digital inclusion and access to healthcare

Healthwatch Westminster and Healthwatch RBKC are interested in speaking with older people from diverse backgrounds to identify the experiences of digital exclusion, and related barriers to healthcare access among vulnerable patients.

To improve healthcare services for vulnerable populations, we are interested in understanding experiences of digital exclusion and healthcare access barriers, which we will present to local authorities, service providers, key stakeholders, and community members.
