The renovation of the Alfred Road playground will bring it back into use for the community, promote wellbeing and encourage an active lifestyle. A new Inclusive playground design with systems and components of both traditional and conventional technology will create an environment for all children to play together in a rich and engaging way.

Playgrounds are a valuable community asset that provides a safe and fun space for children of all ages to play and socialise. We are planning to upgrade the Alfred Road playground equipment with more inclusive and accessible equipment. We want to make sure that the new playground meets the needs and preferences of the local families and reflects the diversity and vibrancy of our neighbourhood.
