• 10 am – 11.30 am for Beginners / First-time riders
• 11.30 am – 1 pm for a group ride for women who want to build their confidence

…the Thames Barrier completely closes and the tide stops running, we call this No Tide Day. We’re taking advantage with lots of fun activities on the river.

Central London Youth Development Trust is excited to announce our summer programme for the children of Westminster between the 25th July – 30th August 2022
Programme includes:
Cooking sessions with a local chef
Learn to cook delicious and nutritious dishes
Day trips to:
• Thorpe Park
• Kew Garden
• London Zoo
All our activities include a free lunch for all the children taking part.
