Attention parents and carers! FREE weekly fitness classes for girls
Have you got a daughter aged 11-16? Why not get them to try our new MOVE TOGETHER FITNESS CLASSES!

Theyr'e run by our Nuffield Health fitness instructors in your community. Specially designed classes will build their strength, confidence and get them moving. It's also the perfect opportunity for them to have fun and make new friends in a safe and secure environment
