Green Minds: nature connection to support mental health

This programme is designed to help individuals cultivate a deeper connection with nature and improve their mental well-being. Through a series of guided activities, participants will have the opportunity to explore and connect with nature in meaningful ways.

Research has shown that spending time in nature can have numerous benefits for our mental health, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood and overall well-being, and increasing resilience to life’s challenges.
