Nourish and Thrive – Online Cooking Course

Nourish & Thrive online cooking course Join us on Zoom for this FREE 8-week course and learn how to prepare healthy and delicious meals using ingredients in your kitchen cupboard All the participants who register will receive a 'starter box' of ingredients delivered to your door free of charge to cook duringour sessions. Spaces limited. Tuesdays at 11 am 11 am - 12 pm: cooking session 12 pm - 12.30 pm: communual lunch • 22nd February • 1st March • 8th March • 15th March • 22nd March • 29th March • 5th April ( Break for Easter Holidays ) • 26th April Participants will: • Learn how to cook simple, healthy meals cooking along with our experienced tutor • Socialise by preparing, cooking and eating lunch together ( via Zoom ) • Learn which ingrdients are affordable, easy-to-find and nutritious • Learn how to cook resoursefully and creatively using ingredients you already have at home • Share recipes and skills with each other • Requirements: • Access to a kitchen and basic kitchen equipment • An internet connection • A device ( phone, tablet, laptop ) with a camera • A personal account with Zoom.
