This year’s theme, Standing Firm in Power & Pride, honours the strength, resilience, and unwavering dignity found throughout Black histories and cultures.

2025’s Black History Month Annual Gala promises an enriching experience featuring powerful spoken word and storytelling, soulful music and a warm and welcoming space for all — and complemented by wonderful food shared among our diverse community.

This will be an evening of celebration, culture, and meaningful connection as we uplift the stories and contributions that continue to shape our shared heritage.

Please note: Due to limited capacity, priority will be given to residents of Queen’s Park, Harrow Road, and Westbourne wards for this event. Submitting the request form does not guarantee registration. Please allow a few days to receive an email confirming your registration status or informing you if you’ve been placed on the waiting list.
