A community event showcasing the New Met for London plan, highlighting Sir Mark Rowley’s vision to increase trust and confidence in the MPS
A New Met for London is our response to what we have heard from you, our partners and our communities about what we need to do in order to improve.
It is the product of more than 10,000 interactions with Londoners, officers and staff, and partners from across the city. It represents what you and the public want us to focus on, and outlines how the Met will transform not just how we police London, our standards and support for our people, but also, more crucially, how we listen to and engage with Londoners.
We have also used the recommendations from a number of external reviews, including reports from Baroness Casey and His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services, that identified areas that need to change to help us build trust with the public.
Now we would like you, as the community, key stakeholders and partners to have your say on how we can improve Police services in Westminster.
