Join us for a gentle, grounding practice designed to help you release tension, build body awareness, and restore balance.
This class combines mindful movement, breathwork, and deeply relaxing restorative postures, making it accessible for all levels.
Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you’re welcome to join us in this supportive space.
Please bring a mat if you have one ( we have a few spare at the centre ), and give yourself the gift of slowing down.
