Our FREE CREATIVE DANCE CLASSES FOR CHILDREN are starting back after summer break from FRIDAY 19 SEPTEMBER
Children these days spend way too much time on screens and are rapidly getting diabetes, obesity, ADHD, depression etc. like never before, because of addiction to screen time, social media and lack of exercise.
Scientist have proven that screen time affects children’s brain development negatively and reduces their cognitive functions, memory, attention, learning, stress resilience and more. improve physical and mental health with exercise. Creative Dance is one of the best ways to exercise as it is fun, creative and social activity.
CREATIVE DANCE FOR CHILDREN develop confidence, co-ordination and imagination; improve fitness, concentration and communication skills, whilst having fun. Our workshops are led by professional dancers experienced in working with children in a safe and friendly environment, with children creativity and development at the heart of our activities. Come and have fun dancing with us!
