Express Plus is a space where you can talk, be creative and explore your feelings with a trusted listening adult.
At Express Plus, we offer 1:1 arts therapy sessions for children and young people individually, or alongside their families, who live, study or work in Westminster.
If you feel overwhelmed, are finding things tough, or are facing particular challenges in your life then Express Plus is here for you.
The sessions take place face-to-face with the possibility of remote sessions upon discussion.
