What do you think about your GP?
If you go to a GP Practice in Westminster, we want to hear from you.
We are collecting feedback from patients like you. We want to hear thoughts on how easy or hard it is to talk to us or use our services.
The findings will be used to plan what we put first, what needs to be better and what needs to change.
