Looking for a job opportunity or apprenticeship in the building maintenance industry?

Join our CityFutures Work to Learn Programme

Start date: Monday 22 November 2021

Our CityFutures Programme is open to Westminster residents, age 19+. Candidates will have to complete an initial Maths and English assessment to assess their suitability for the programme.

Units covered in the course:
• Exploring Workskills and Behaviours
• Supporting Health & Safety at Work
• Recognising Work Related Problems
• Being Organised (Construction)
• Costing a Small Repair Job
• Making Minor Repairs in a House
• Decorating an Inside Wall
• Developing a Personal Progression Plan

You will benefit from:
• H&S Level 1 qualification, including CSCS card
• LANTRA Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment
• CITB – Operatives Health, Safety and Environment test
• 3-week theory and practical based training
• A guaranteed interview with MSPS and supply chain partners
• Progression to apprenticeships and employment
• Financial support for travel, lunch and PPE
