A Message from the Westbourne Councillors…

Following positive feedback from last year, Westbourne’s local councillors have again used their ward budget to provide Christmas lights to help brighten up Harrow Road between the canal and Bourne Terrace.

Please do give us ideas for other schemes to support with our ward budget.
