The Neighbourhood Plan is a blueprint for the immediate future of Westbourne ward. It sets out what we aim to accomplish over the next five years.

Twelve themed priorities are listed in the Neighbourhood Plan, complete with a set of action targets for each one. The Forum has set up Working Groups for each of the themes. Their challenge will be to mobilise individuals and agencies around the goals that have been set for them.
