Join us for a new five-week course designed specifically for women. These practical, one-hour sessions are led by a professional female martial artist and focus on empowering you with the tools to stay safe in everyday situations.

Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refresh your skills, these classes provide a supportive environment to learn effective physical and mental techniques.

The course covers a range of essential safety skills, including:
