It’s not what you do, but how you do it. Yoga is Connection, with yourself, with your breath and with your body.
These classes are gently, but often challenging for the mind.
Take a midweek pause and reconnect with yourself through somatic hatha and restorative yoga. Join us on Tuesday at 2pm at The Exchange for a gentle, grounding practice designed to help you release tension, build body awareness, and restore balance.
This class combines mindful movement, breathwork, and deeply relaxing restorative postures, making it accessible for all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you’re welcome to join us in this supportive space.
Please bring a mat if you have one (we have a few spare at the centre), and give yourself the gift of slowing down. We look forward to practicing with you.
