JOYtalk: Joyful conversations for life Get the New Year off to a brilliant start by joining JOYtalk that combines a 20-minute stand-up comedy show where you can learn about the power of happiness! Explore some of the science, mechanics and laughter laws of how joy works with your body, mind and spirit. Suitable for people over 50+. ‘One good laugh boosts the immune system for 24 hours’. Learn how 'joyfulness' can work when dealing with trauma, offence & conflict. Use mindfulness activations and meditations that Joy has developed since 2020 that will promote inner joyful peace to lessen sick days that will improve daily life powerfully.
