www.imperial.nhs.uk/st-marys-developmentA New St Mary’s Help shape our plans for a new St Mary’s Hospital and its surrounding neighbourhood With the need for a new St Mary’s Hospital increasingly urgent, we now have the funding to undertake detailed design and planning work. We are expecting to build a new, taller hospital on a smaller footprint, on the east of the site. This will allow us to organise services, research and staff facilities in a much better way and keep our existing facilities running while we build the new hospital. It also gives us an opportunity to reshape the whole site with an overarching masterplan. We really want our staff, patients and local communities to be part of our planning from the start.
