Join us at THE STOWE CENTRE for this FREE 7-week course and learn how to prepare healthy and delicious meals using affordable, household ingredients as well as a session learning how you can reduce your energy bills When? Tuesdays Ilam - 12.30pm - 2nd May - 9. May - 16. May - 23rd May - 30. May - June - 1355 June Let's cook! Where? The Stowe Centre W2 5TP Participants will: • Learn how to cook simple, healthy meals by cooking along with our experienced tutor. • Socialise by preparing, cooking and eating lunch together. • Warn which ingredients are affordable, easy to find and nutritious. • Learn how to cook resourcefully and creatively. • Learn simple methods to reduce your energy bills. • Share recipes and skills with each other.
