DreamArts is running a series of wellbeing workshops for young carers, aged 12 – 18, who live, study or work in Westminster. The workshops will be exploring topics around wellbeing, self-care and mental health.
Each workshop will be focused on a different topic, and we will also be doing some creative activities to go with this!
