  trips and residentials.\nThe Young Leaders Project empowers young people 
 to develop their leadership skills through training and voluntary service.
 \n\nYoung Leaders Club is a firmly established community club\, running si
 nce 1989 during school terms.\n\nThe young people have to register and vol
 unteer with the young leaders project to gain the benefit of the youth clu
 b\, trips and residentials. Our Skills for life tool provides a curriculum
