We will provide healthy food that meet school food standards, nutritional education will be included in the programme to improve the knowledge and awareness of healthy eating for the kids.
Our main motivation for wanting to run this project is to provide an inclusive physical, and emotional support opportunity where children and young people can excel and be part of. Also, to help the Grenfell and the surrounding communities to recover from the tragedy that they experienced.
We will work with local children and young people from the Grenfell and local communities contributing to their healthy eating and emotional health and wellbeing needs and development helping them to explore a range of sports activities skills that could inform them of choices about how to stay healthy and fit for the short and long term.
The programme will remove community isolation and exclusion through inclusive practices developing and raising strong team presence by allowing children and young people led team-based activities and continuous self-review, sports and healthy eating knowledge and skills for them as future leaders and successful young people.
We will provide a platform and a legacy that work and cater for underprivileged children, young people and those most at risk of inactivity and poor health. Making sure that their physical and emotional mental educational needs are met through our practical and theoretical activities and presentations. We will also offer group and one to one private advice sessions on how to stay healthy and fit physically, emotionally and mentally.
