 are gently\, but often challenging for the mind.\n\nTake a midweek pause a
 nd reconnect with yourself through somatic hatha and restorative yoga. Joi
 n us on Tuesday at 2pm at The Exchange for a gentle\, grounding practice d
 esigned to help you release tension\, build body awareness\, and restore b
 alance.\n\nThis class combines mindful movement\, breathwork\, and deeply 
 relaxing restorative postures\, making it accessible for all levels. Wheth
 er you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner\, you’re welcome 
 to join us in this supportive space.\n\nPlease bring a mat if you have one
  (we have a few spare at the centre)\, and give yourself the gift of slowi
