PORTOBELLO ROAD BLACK HISTORY WALK AND ART ACTIVITY SATURDAY 19 OCTOBER 2024 10 am - 12:30 pm Join Urbanwise.London for a free walk to discover the history of North Kensington, the arrival of the Windrush generation and how Notting Hill Carnival developed. Meeting at 10 am outside North Kensington Library, Ladbroke Grove W1 1PZ. The walk will be approximately two hours at a slow to moderate pace. We'll finish at Queen's park Library, W10 4NE, for refreshments and a collaborative art activity in celebration of Black History Month.
