DESCRIPTION:\n\nLOCAL RESIDENTS\n\nShare your stories of Queensway\, Westbo
 urne Grove and Porchester Road.\n\nWe are inviting local residents\, elder
 s\, young people\, and shop owners from Queensway\, Westbourne Grove\, Por
 chester Road and surrounding streets to take part in a new collaborative a
 rt project with artist Bunmi Agusto\, commissioned by Westminster and the 
 Contemporary Art Society *Consultancy\, and supported by The Showroom.\n\n
 This project explores the layered histories of the neighbourhood and every
 day life today. We are especially interested in the personal stories\, mem
 ories\, changes\, and small details that shape how this area is lived and 
 remembered.\n\nWhat will you do?\nYou will take part in a series of creati
 ve storytelling and collective making workshops:\n· 3 sessions of 3 hours
  each at The Showroom ( 63 Penfold St\, NW8 8PQ ) on 1st\, 8th\, 15th July
  2026\, 4 - 7 pm\n· Developed by artist Bunmi Agusto\n· With 12 other pa
 rticipants\n\nYour participation and contribution to the project will be c
 ompensated with £150 for attending the three workshop sessions and the cl
 osing event.\n\nIn the sessions\, we will:\n· Share stories and memories 
 of the area\n· Take part in creative activities\n· Create visual “faca
 des” inspired by local buildings\, people\, and anecdotes\n· Perform sp
 oken stories\n· Contribute to a collective artwork that maps the neighbou
 rhood through time\n\nWe will also host a small additional gathering for f
 amily and friends to share stories in an informal setting in August or Sep
 tember 2026\, date to be confirmed.\n\nWhat will the outcome be?\n\nThe wo
 rkshops will feed into a large-scale public artwork across the area\, incl
 uding banners installed along local streets\, to be launched in October 20
 26.\n\nThe work will also be documented through film and storytelling\, ca
 pturing the voices and histories shared.\n\nIf you sign up for the project
