DESCRIPTION:The Community Network bringing together community leaders\, pra
 ctitioners and volunteers united in a desire for creating change.\n\nThe e
 scalating problem of serious youth violence and the impact it is having on
  our young people and on the wider community in Westminster is of very dee
 p concern to us all.\n\nThe Young Westminster Foundation and key community
  partners have developed the Helping Hands Programme that puts the communi
 ty firmly in the driving seat for change.\n\nThe Community Network aims to
  bring together community leaders\, practitioners and volunteers united in
  a desire for change and committed to making the community voice heard in 
 the management of serious youth violence across the borough.\n\nPerhaps yo
 u are reading this because somebody has already put your name forward as a
  community leader with a strong voice and a desire to make a difference. P
 erhaps you are somebody with the determination to take a leadership positi
 on in the development of a robust and informed community response to this 
 violence epidemic.\n\nWhichever community you represent\, this invitation 
 is for you. We look forward to meeting you at the launch of this important
  new initiative and to the energy we know you will bring.\n\nPlease do inv
