 ss is open and accessible to individuals of all abilities and walks of lif
 e on Tuesdays at 10 - 11 am throughout June\, July and August 2023.\n\nWhe
 ther you live\, work or are just visiting please join us. You may turn up 
 on the day or let us know you are coming by booking here.\n\nMats are prov
 ided but only as a bottom layer for padding and participants MUST bring th
 eir own yoga mat or covering to put on top.\n\nPlease bring minimal belong
 ings.\n\nIt’s always a good idea to bring a bottle of water.\n\nParticip
 ants will be asked to sign a disclaimer form on arrival or you can sign it
  here and bring it.\n\nThe sessions are weather dependent and you are advi
