  back after summer break from FRIDAY 19 SEPTEMBER\n\nChildren these days s
 pend way too much time on screens and are rapidly getting diabetes\, obesi
 ty\, ADHD\, depression etc. like never before\, because of addiction to sc
 reen time\, social media and lack of exercise.\n\nScientist have proven th
 at screen time affects children’s brain development negatively and reduc
 es their cognitive functions\, memory\, attention\, learning\, stress resi
 lience and more. improve physical and mental health with exercise. Creativ
 e Dance is one of the best ways to exercise as it is fun\, creative and so
 cial activity.\n\nCREATIVE DANCE FOR CHILDREN develop confidence\, co-ordi
 nation and imagination\; improve fitness\, concentration and communication
  skills\, whilst having fun. Our workshops are led by professional dancers
  experienced in working with children in a safe and friendly environment\,
  with children creativity and development at the heart of our activities.
