SUMMARY:Easter 2026 HAF Camp Stay Fit & Healthy
DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe Stay Fit\, Healthy &amp\; Stress Free project works for
  young people aged 5 - 18. The project will give young people the opportun
 ity to be part of sports coaching sessions. The project will provide fun a
 nd enriching physical activities for both boys and girls including fitness
 \, stamina\, football\, basketball and athletics. Nutritional education an
 d food will be included in the project to improve their knowledge and awar
 eness of healthy eating and lifestyle.\n\nOur main motivation for wanting 
 to run this project is to provide an inclusive physical and emotional supp
 ort opportunity where young people can excel and be part of. Also\, to hel
 p the Grenfell and the surrounding communities to recover from the tragedy
  that they experienced.\n\nThe project will remove community isolation and
  exclusion through inclusive practices developing and raising strong team 
 presence by allowing young people led team-based activities and continuous
  self-review\, sports and healthy eating knowledge and skills for them as 
 future leaders and successful young people.\n\nWe will provide a platform 
 that work and cater for underprivileged children\, young people and those 
 most at risk of inactivity and poor health. Making sure that their physica
 l and emotional mental educational needs are met through our practical and
  theoretical activities and presentations.\n\nBooking and further details.
