DESCRIPTION:Our Change 4 Life Healthy Lifestyle Clubs provide free five-wee
 k programmes to support families in eating well and keeping active.\n\nCha
 nge 4 Life Kids' Clubs focus on simple\, enjoyable and achievable ways fam
 ilies can include physical activity and healthier eating into their everyd
 ay lives. The club provides children and families with engaging and fun ac
 tivities which support the child’s relationship with healthy eating\, ph
 ysical activity\, wellbeing\, oral health\, sleep and screen time.\n\nAll 
 participants receive a free recipe pack of food at the end of each session
 .\n\n* Please note that while this session is taking place at Park Walk Pr
 imary School\, it is open to all children who live\, attend school or are 
 registered with a GP in Kensington and Chelsea or Westminster.\n\nAge 5 - 
 11\n\nSEND FRIENDLY\nWe have some training or experience of Special Educat
 ional Needs &amp\; Disabilities and are able to accommodate children with
