SUMMARY:Beginners-plus Ride for Women
DESCRIPTION:A slow paced women’s ride suitable for anyone who is building
  their confidence on road cycling. This is a 9 km route mostly on quiet ro
 ads and some cycle or canal paths. Meet our friendly ride leaders and othe
 r women like you!\n\nWe will be leaving from Westminster Wheels\, 41 - 45 
 Church Street\, NW8 8ES.\n\nIf you need to borrow a bike PLEASE arrive at
  least 15 minutes early so we have time to adjust the bike for you. This 
 means arriving at 9:45 am\n\nWe will ride to Buckingham Palace via Hyde P
 ark. We will stop in St James Park for a break before cycling back via Hyd
 e Park. We aim to be back to Church Street by 1 pm.\n\nWe will set off pro
 mptly so please make sure you arrive on time.\n\nPlease bring with you:\n\
 n\n 	Water / Snacks\n 	Money/Card if you wish to buy something from cafe\n
  	A mask if you prefer to wear one\n 	Spare inner tube for your own bike\n
  	A bike lock for your own bike\n 	A helmet if you wish to wear one\n\nPLE
 ASE NOTE:\n\nIf you can't come pls let us know as soon as possible so we c
 an offer the place to someone on our waiting list as places are very limit
 ed.\n\nWe are not cycle instructors and this is not a cycle lesson. Ideall
