Women’s Yoga

A beginner’s course focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga supports sleep by reducing stress, anxiety and increasing happiness. This is a women only class led by Sahara Evans.

You will need to pay the class fee (£12/4 classes) prior to attending the class or provide proof of eligibility for fee exemption. We will advise participants how to do this at a closer date to the beginning of term.
