Lunchtime Yoga

FREE beginner’s course focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.  Yoga supports sleep by reducing stress, anxiety and increasing happiness. This is a class open to all levels, led by Sahara Evans.
