LUNCHTIME YOGA FOR ALL
In partnership with Westminster Adult Education Service.
A FREE beginner’s course focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga supports sleep by reducing stress, anxiety and increasing happiness. This is a class open to all levels, led by Sahara Evans.
ONLINE: During January, this class will take place online. As soon as government restrictions enable us to reopen the building, this class will run in-person at Grand Junction and online.
