Floating Fitness Bootcamp with James Colebrook

Looking to get fit and energised while enjoying the beauty of London’s canals?

Join our free bootcamp classes taught by the well known fitness instructor James Colebrook.

Classes will take place on our Floating Pocket Park, London’s first genuinely bespoke floating garden – a truly unique space to workout!

Suitable for all fitness levels, each class will be HIIT focused on working to times rather than reps. Themes include ‘Tabata Sprints’, ‘Endurance to Sprints and ‘No excercise off limits’ with a warm up , cool down and stretch to finish.

Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, or just starting out, our classes are open to people of all abilities so don’t miss the chance to sweat it out in one of London’s most unique and inspiring outdoor locations!
