Drop-in sessions: proposal for temporary nursery at Westbourne Green

Westminster Council is running drop-in sessions for the proposed temporary nursery at Westbourne Green. These drop-in sessions are linked to the consultation on proposals for new housing, and a brand-new nursery and community centre at 300 Harrow Road, which were completed in July 2019.

A planning application is being prepared for the 300 Harrow Road proposals in October 2019. As part of that application, there are plans to provide a temporary site for the 300 Harrow Road Nursery. This will allow the nursery to continue operating in the local area while a new, permanent nursery is being built.

These drop-in sessions provide an opportunity to discuss the temporary nursery with the project team and ask any questions about the proposal. They are keen to hear your thoughts on the design of the temporary nursery and will take your feedback on board before submitting a planning application for the site.

The drop-in sessions will take place at the following dates and times:

Thursday 19 September 2019, from 3.30 pm to 7.00 pm at The Studio, Grand Junction at Saint Mary Magdalene Church, Rowington Close, London W2 5TF

Tuesday 24 September 2019, from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm at Warwick Community Hall, 300 Harrow Road, London W2 5HG.

If you are unable to attend, the designs can be viewed after the drop-in sessions on the council’s website: www.westminster.gov.uk/300-harrow-road. You can also email your comments to 300harrowroad@westminster.gov.uk or write to
