Hathaway House in Woodfield Road – view and discuss the plans.

Hathaway house viewed from Woodfield RoadThe redevelopers of Hathaway House and the car park behind it, intend to submit a planning application to Westminster City Council.

The emerging plan is for a new mixed use development which will extend back to the canal and be up to 15 storeys high. It will include at least 66 residential units, some ‘affordable’ – provided on site.

At ground floor level, following discussions with CNWL NHS Trust, the developers would seek to incorporate NHS services to bring activity to the street level, provide local employment opportunities and actively contribute to the North Westminster Economic Development Area.

The proposed scheme has been designed by the local architectural practice Stiff and Trevillion, and will be displayed at Paddington Arts Centre, 32 Woodfield Road, W9, from 3pm – 7pm, on Monday 7th December to Wednesday 9th December.

The exhibition room will be clearly sign-posted and members of the project team will be present to answer any questions or queries about the development.
